Livingstone Theological Institute has been in existence from 2017 training Christian leaders who have impacted Zambia and the world for Jesus Christ. Theological training at LTI aims at equipping Christian leaders across the body of Christ with knowledge in the mind, values in the heart, and skills in their hands to be leaders of integrity and relevance in the home and community they live in. LTI training equips Christian leaders with social and spiritual training, to be effective and efficient as church and community leaders.

We strive to maintain a balance of theory and practice; this is achieved through our highly qualified passionate lecturing staff and weekend ministry initiative. Weekend ministry is a practicum conducted at LTI where once every month students are sent out for practical ministry across Zambia, from a given Friday to Sunday. The receiving churches serve as mentors in offering ministry opportunities such as overnights, door to door evangelism, and Sunday service. This program is not only aimed at giving the student’s practical ministry but also allowing students to network and build relations in ministry.

Our curriculum is structured after building a well-balanced Christian leader who glorifies Christ in their Spiritual and physical life.

Empowering the mind with knowledge, the heart with values, and the hands with skills for human development to God’s glory.

The college has the following doctrinal basis:

1. The divine inspiration and authority of the Holy Scriptures
2. Unity of the Godhead and the Trinity of the Persons therein
3. The utter depravity of human nature and the necessity for repentance and regeneration

5. The virgin birth, sinless life, atoning death, triumphant resurrection, ascension and abiding intercession of our Lord Jesus Christ; His second coming and Millennial Reign upon the earth
